Uni inlet pillow B44 in colour White

We have developed a white pillow intended for industrial laundering which provides comfort and insulation even after many wash cycles. The product is washable at 90°C and can be used in many contexts in both the hotel and hospital/care sector.

The guest/patient will experience a comfortable pillow that gently supports them. The pillows can endure multiple washing cycles due to foam sticks and polyester filling that prevents them from collapsing.

Engineered for laundry operations and return on investment

A typical problem with inlets is that they collapse and the filling bunches up after just a few washes. We have set out to develop inlets that retain shape and remain comfortable. We have done this by using different materials in the structure and composition of the products, with optimised quilting to keep the filling in place, wash after wash.

Beirholm's inlets can be washed at temperatures up to 90°C, and we recommend spin-drying to maintain their comfort. If this is not feasible in the laundry, the products can be processed using the press in the same way that the laundry would process membrane textiles, e.g. at low pressure. Bleach should generally be avoided when washing products with a filling, as it causes the filling to disintegrate.
