Engineered for laundry operations and return on investment

A typical problem with combi quilts is that they collapse and the filling bunches up after just a few washes. We have set out to develop combi quilts that retain shape and remain comfortable. We have done this by using different materials in the structure and composition of the products, with optimised quilting to keep the filling in place, wash after wash.

The outer shell cover of the combi quilts is in the familiar BeirTex® quality, which retains an attractive finish and dries faster in the tumble dryer.

Beirholm's combi quilts can be washed at temperatures up to 90°C, and we recommend spin-drying to maintain their comfort. If this is not feasible in the laundry, the products can be processed using the press in the same way that the laundry would process membrane textiles, e.g. at low pressure. Bleach should generally be avoided when washing products with a filling, as it causes the filling to disintegrate.
