Pure luxury. Engineered for industrial laundering
The towels have better pile retention as they are tumble dried during the finishing treatment. Plus, the sides have selvedge edges instead of the traditional side seams, thereby eliminating the usual mending costs in the laundry and avoiding any unnecessary customer irritation.
Drying becomes more uniform, as there are no double seams in the corners (4-sided seam gives 9 layers in the corners), this completely eliminates any mould problems or significant mechanical damages.
The polyester content of the ground warp shortens drying time by approximately 8%. Shrinkage is also reduced so, customers experience minimal size differences which improves the overall product quality and reflects well on the laundry.
Absorbency properties are high; even before the first wash! The soft, fluffy feel of Beirholm’s towels comes from the ring spun yarns – no fabric softener or other softeners are used.
The towels are optimal for stacking and folding due to the side seams being unsusceptible to crimping.
All in all, this luxurious quality ensures a higher return on investment for the laundry, enhanced image for the customer and, increased comfort for the end user.
